If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  Items that are eligible for return or exchange must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Ineligible Items for Return:

Due to the nature of the items that we sell, certain items are not available for return.  Items not available for return, refund, or exchange are furniture, wallpapers, light fixtures, services or any customized/personalized items. Due to the specialized nature of their products items from these manufacturers are ineligible for return:

Returns:

Jubilee Collection Products: No returns without authorization.  Contact service@cozyandworn.com to initiate the process Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective items. All non-defective items will be at customer’s own expense to return merchandise. All claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

If you receive notice that an item or items are backordered, you can opt to cancel the order and your card will be refunded.  You must contact us within 24 hours at service@cozyandworn.com to cancel your order. If your order ships and you request to return it, or stop it in transit, you will be responsible for all transportation costs to and from, as well as restocking fees.

Color Variations

Colors represented in our online store and all photography are a representation only and is not an accurate depiction of the entire color or finish. It is highly recommend that you not design around nor pick colors based on any photographic representation.
